Incoming orders

See every order placed against your shop from Shop Orders, with the buyer's details and what they ordered. Update order status as you pack and ship it.

Returns

If a buyer requests a return on one of your orders, it shows up under your shop's returns list — review the reason and approve or reject it.

Staying responsive

Buyers can message you directly about an order at any time (see Messaging Sellers) — keeping an eye on your conversations list helps you catch questions before they turn into a return or a bad review.
