Opening Your Shop

Setting up My Shop

Go to My Shop and fill in your shop's name, logo, banner image, description, phone, city, and address. This becomes the public page buyers see when they click through to you.

Getting listed

Once your shop details are set, you can start uploading products. New products may go through a pending/review step before appearing live in search and category listings, depending on how the marketplace is configured.

Running your shop

From your seller area you can:

• Manage your product listings
• View and fulfill incoming orders (see Managing Orders & Returns)
• Reply to buyer messages (see Messaging Sellers)
