Branches & Multi-Location
Available on the Premium plan (up to 5 branches per shop). This lets one shop owner run several physical locations, each with its own stock, staff, and sales tracking, while still seeing everything from one account.
Setting up a branch
Go to Branches → Manage Branches → Add New Branch, and fill in name, city, address, and phone. You can assign a manager immediately or leave it unassigned and add one later.
Assigning a manager
Pick any existing staff member as a branch's manager — this converts their account to Branch Manager and locks their login to that branch. A manager can only run one branch at a time; assigning them elsewhere automatically removes them from their previous branch.
Branch Overview
Click View on any branch card to open a full one-page overview: today's and this month's sales, top-selling products, the last 10 transactions, total stock value, and — importantly — the actual list of low-stock and out-of-stock items at that branch, not just a count.
Branch Inventory & Stock Transfers
Each branch keeps its own stock levels (separate from the shop's central catalog). To move stock between branches, use Stock Transfers — request a transfer, have the receiving branch (or the owner) approve it, and stock moves automatically once approved.
Branch Reports
A month-by-month sales breakdown per branch — total sales, transaction count, average sale, and top products — plus a grand total across every branch (including any sales not tied to a branch, e.g. the owner's own walk-in sales).
Audit Logs
Every create/update/deactivate action on branches, stock, and transfers is logged with who did it and when — useful for tracing what changed and by whom.
What a Branch Manager sees
A Branch Manager only ever sees their own branch's data, and only the specific modules the owner has granted them from Staff & Permissions — everything defaults off until the owner turns it on.
