Creating a job card

Record the customer, device details, reported issue, and an estimated cost. As the repair progresses, update its status so you (and the customer, if you share updates) know where it stands.

Payments

Repairs can take an advance and a final payment on handover, same as a sale — partial payments leave a balance against the job until it's cleared.

Repairing is one of the modules an owner can grant to both Salesmen and Branch Managers from Staff & Permissions — it only shows up for Mobile Shop business types.
