Suppliers

Keep a record of every vendor you buy stock from.

Per-supplier view

For each supplier you can see:

• Total amount purchased from them, total paid, and outstanding balance
• Full order history, pulled straight from Purchase Orders

Adding a supplier

Add a name, company, phone, and address. If a supplier with the same name already exists (even if previously deactivated), Shop.Zentroos reuses that record instead of creating a duplicate.

Access

Suppliers is a shop-wide module a Branch Manager can be granted access to (on/off, no fine-grained CRUD) — see Staff & Permissions.
