Customers

Every sale can be linked to a customer by name and phone number. Shop.Zentroos uses this to build a purchase history automatically — there's no separate "add customer" step required before selling to them.

What you see per customer

• Total purchases and number of transactions
• Outstanding installment balance (if any sale was only partially paid)
• Last purchase date

Installments

If a sale isn't paid in full at checkout, the remaining balance shows up against that customer. You can filter the customer list to "Has Installment" or "No Balance" to quickly see who owes money.

Loyalty Points

If Loyalty/Rewards is turned on, each customer's current points balance shows as a small badge next to their name in the customer list. Points are earned and redeemed automatically at checkout — see Point of Sale.

Branch Manager access

Customers is one of the modules a shop owner can grant to a Branch Manager from Staff → Permissions (its own Create/Read/Update/Delete toggle, separate from a salesman's customer permissions) — see Staff & Permissions.
