Owner-only section covering shop-wide configuration.

Shop details

Name, owner name, address, phone, WhatsApp number, city, and logo — all of which can appear on printed receipts.

Receipt options

Toggle what shows on a printed receipt: logo, address, phone, salesman name, IMEI (for mobile shops), customer details, tax line, and a custom footer message.

Tax / GST

Off by default. Turn it on if you're a registered business that needs to charge and report tax:

  • Tax Label — what it's called on receipts ("GST", "Sales Tax", "VAT", etc.)
  • Tax Rate (%) — applied to the sale subtotal after any discount
  • Tax Registration Number (NTN / STRN) — optional, prints alongside the tax line on receipts

Every sale keeps the exact rate it was charged at, so changing this later never rewrites old invoices. See Point of Sale for how it shows up at checkout.

Loyalty / Rewards

Off by default. Customers earn points on what they spend and can redeem them for a discount on a later sale:

  • Points Earned per Rs. 100 Spent — the earn rate
  • Redeem Value (Rs. per Point) — how much each point is worth when a customer cashes them in
  • Minimum Points to Redeem — stops trivial redemptions; a customer needs at least this many points before any can be used

See Point of Sale for how earning and redeeming works at checkout, and Customers for where a customer's points balance shows up.

Sales settings

Invoice number prefix, reference number format, whether over-selling (selling beyond available stock) is allowed, and default salesman permission templates for new hires.

Business type

Set once at signup, but can be changed here if your business type changes — this controls which mobile-shop-specific modules (Repairing, Banking) appear in the sidebar.

Subscription

See your current plan, usage against plan limits (staff count, branch count), and upgrade options.
